Frank’s passion to provide institutional level access to high-net-worth investors led him to join Quadrant in 2017. Under his guidance the firm has expanded its investment management and wealth solutions capabilities, while maintaining a client-centric approach.

His previous leadership experience across financial services, capital markets and business operations provides a unique vantage point to drive Quadrant’s strategic objectives. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Frank serves on the management and investment committees and leads the firm’s alternative investments platform.

Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors from Lehigh University. He serves on the boards of multiple community organizations, and in his free time can often be found at the park coaching youth sports.
