Jason joined our team in 1997. His specialties include investment strategies designed to mitigate risk without sacrificing return, as well as liability management, and estate planning services.
He earned a dual degree with Honors in Economics and History from Bucknell University and has attained the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jason lives in Center Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife, three children and two yellow labs. He enjoys being active in his community through service on charitable boards, and spends his free time playing golf, ice hockey and soccer, and enjoying his family.
Kori joined our practice in 2007 after a 13-year career in commercial banking in Chicago and still has strong ties to the Midwest. There she worked with entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, and families on streamlining cash management related to their business interests, then transitioned careers to aid the same kinds of clients with their personal wealth concerns. Kori loves to help clients nurture an understanding of how and why they are invested. She also earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Brown University.
Kori is married with three daughters and enjoys an active lifestyle. She works with several local committees promoting exercise and healthy activities in children and adults.
Brian focuses on offering advice and guidance for corporate retirement plans, retirement income planning and portfolio design to individual clients. Brian started with Merrill Lynch in 2002 and joined the Rij Group in 2008. Brian holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Lafayette College and remains active in the school as an alumnus. He is project- and goal-oriented and loves do-it-yourself work around his home and yard. His thorough and conscientious manner translates into great care and attention to detail on behalf of clients. Brian’s interests include ice hockey, fly fishing and triathlons. He resides in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children.
Frank focuses on cultivating meaningful, enduring relationships with individual investors, business owners, executive teams and strategic partners. Utilizing Quadrant’s differentiated investment management and wealth structuring philosophy, he works with clients to provide tailored financial solutions. In addition to his responsibilities as COO, Frank serves on the investment committee with a focus on private equity and alternative investments. He also leads the firms business development and community outreach efforts.
Prior to joining Quadrant in 2017, Frank served as Managing Director at Preferred, leading commercial and business development activities for the company’s international business unit. He has broad experience in the financial services sector, most recently working in the Investment Banking division of Leerink Partners in New York.
Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors from Lehigh University, where he was a member of the football team. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys an active lifestyle with his growing family.
Tony joins Quadrant after spending over 30 years of his professional career in the investment and financial services industry in New York, with expertise in international capital markets. He focuses on building long term and robust client relationships, and advises clients in growing their wealth through unique investment and asset allocation strategies. These investment strategies are anchored with a strong philosophy of protecting assets through market cycles and judicious risk and tax management. Additionally, he supports clients with estate planning to achieve the most effective and tax-efficient way to transfer their wealth according to their wishes. Tony delivers these services with a keen sense of discretion and strict confidentiality. He also serves on the firm’s investment committee as well as in its business development efforts.
Tony previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Compass Group, LLC, New York form 2007-2018. Prior to Compass, he served as Principal and Treasurer of Financorp Group International in New York form 1994-2006. Prior to Financorp, he worked in various capacities in Financial services, including several trading and management positions for HSBC, Citibank, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. Tony earned an MS in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BS in Finance and Economics from New York University.
Tony and his wife Maria are proud parents of seven grown children and have one precious granddaughter, and he greatly enjoys spending time with his family. He also appreciates music, opera and especially traveling, which he has done extensively in Europe and South America, as well as in the United States. He is active with charitable endeavors domestically and internationally, having served pro-bono in the Investment Committee of a Catholic University in Europe.
Michael joins Quadrant after interning with the firm for two years. In his role as a financial analyst he supports the firm’s investment functions, as well as working with new and existing clients. His work experience includes internships in investment banking and asset management.
Michael graduated cum laude from Moravian College with a B.A. in Financial Economics and a dual minor in Accounting and Management. He played baseball for the Greyhounds and was named the Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year in 2016 while also being named to the All-Conference team twice. Michael’s hobbies include skiing, deep-sea fishing and travel. He is active in the community through his work with the Young Life organization.
Jon brings extensive operational experience and a sound understanding of the culture of the markets to the team. He graduated from Penn State University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In addition, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. Jon is focused on actively managing a unique sector of our client segment and cultivating new relationships. He also supports our groups operational and technology efforts.
Jon is civic-minded and served his community as the Mayor of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania for more than eight years. In addition, Jon enjoys spending time with family, golfing and being a basketball referee in local kids’ school and recreation leagues.
Becky joined the team when it was still at Merrill Lynch in 1999 after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Villanova University. She supports the team by working with clients to address questions promptly and accurately. Client service is Becky’s utmost priority. Each client is treated as an individual and Becky is a champion of getting the best answer to meet that client’s needs. She also handles all of the marketing for Quadrant.
Becky enjoys being active and spending time with her family. She volunteers with her church and her children’s school, coaches youth sports and is a board member of the Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Her avocation is gardening, exploring new recipes and healthy eating.
With a background of more than 30 years as a paralegal with a local attorney, Lisa has a commitment to excellent customer service. She graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Lisa supports Quadrant by assisting our clients with her extensive knowledge in trust and estate servicing. She is goal-oriented and works to complete client requests in a timely and accurate fashion. Lisa enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors hiking, biking and taking walks with her dog. She also enjoys volunteering her time at a local animal shelter.
