Herman earned an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University and a Bachelor’s degree from Albright College . He enjoys being active and his favorite hobby is spending time with his wife, two dogs, two daughters and five granddaughters.

Jason joined our team in 1997. His specialties include investment strategies designed to mitigate risk without sacrificing return, as well as liability management, and estate planning services.
He earned a dual degree with Honors in Economics and History from Bucknell University and has attained the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jason lives in Center Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife, three children and two yellow labs. He enjoys being active in his community through service on charitable boards, and spends his free time playing golf, ice hockey and soccer, and enjoying his family.
Kori joined our practice in 2007 after a 13-year career in commercial banking in Chicago and still has strong ties to the Midwest. There she worked with entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, and families on streamlining cash management related to their business interests, then transitioned careers to aid the same kinds of clients with their personal wealth concerns. Kori loves to help clients nurture an understanding of how and why they are invested. She earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. Kori earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Brown University.
Kori is married with three daughters and enjoys an active lifestyle. She works with several local committees promoting exercise and healthy activities in children and adults.
Brian focuses on offering advice and guidance for corporate retirement plans, retirement income planning and portfolio design to individual clients. Brian started with Merrill Lynch in 2002 and joined the Rij Group in 2008. Brian holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Lafayette College and remains active in the school as an alumnus. He is project- and goal-oriented and loves do-it-yourself work around his home and yard. His thorough and conscientious manner translates into great care and attention to detail on behalf of clients. Brian’s interests include ice hockey, fly fishing and triathlons. He resides in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children.
Frank focuses on cultivating meaningful, enduring relationships with individual investors, business owners, executive teams and strategic partners. Utilizing Quadrant’s differentiated investment management and wealth structuring philosophy, he works with clients to provide tailored financial solutions. In addition to his responsibilities as COO, Frank serves on the investment committee with a focus on private equity and alternative investments. He also leads the firms business development and community outreach efforts.
Prior to joining Quadrant in 2017, Frank served as Managing Director at Preferred, leading commercial and business development activities for the company’s international business unit. He has broad experience in the financial services sector, most recently working in the Investment Banking division of Leerink Partners in New York.
Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors from Lehigh University, where he was a member of the football team. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys an active lifestyle with his growing family.
Joe is focused on cultivating long-term, holistic relationships and sharing Quadrant’s differentiated approach to wealth management. Joe is passionate about listening to his clients and prospects, understanding their needs, and being part of a team to implement and maintain a customized plan to accomplish specific objectives.
Prior to joining Quadrant in 2020 Joe served as a Senior Business Development Executive at Iron Mountain, where he consistently ranked as a top producer, delivering differentiated solutions to meet complex needs. Additionally, Joe brings two decades of Wall Street experience, most recently with BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank. His diverse background provides a strong foundation to serve clients while understanding current market trends, risks and opportunities.
Joe earned a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Lafayette College. He is a husband and father and enjoys being outdoors, especially on the golf course.
David joined the Quadrant Private Wealth team in 2020 after a successful 30 year career at Merrill Lynch in Wealth Management. Driven by understanding the specific situations and goals of each client with whom he works, David endeavors to establish deep valued relationships and has a passion to help others achieve success. David focuses on non-traditional income generating strategies to enhance returns for his clients.
David graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S in Engineering. He is married with two adult children, enjoys golf and is an avid runner. In his free time he serves as a Senior Rules Official for the United States Golf Association.
Paul leverages his past experience overseas in consumer, brand, and business development to help create plans for clients to achieve their financial goals. Helping clients make more informed financial decisions is central to the planning Paul initiates. In 2020 Paul joined Quadrant Private Wealth after having worked for Merrill Lynch in wealth management and financial planning. Prior to wealth management Paul had a 20+ year career at various packaged goods companies that afforded him the opportunity to live and work around the world.
Paul holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Investment & Wealth InstituteTM.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the University of Windsor with degrees in Political Science and Honors Commerce respectively. He also earned his M.B.A. from Lawrence Technological University. Paul lives with his wife and two daughters in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. His interests include ice hockey, golf, and traveling.
Jon brings extensive operational experience and a sound understanding of the culture of the markets to the team. He graduated from Penn State University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In addition, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. Jon is focused on actively managing a unique sector of our client segment and cultivating new relationships. He also supports our groups operational and technology efforts.
Jon is civic-minded and served his community as the Mayor of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania for more than eight years. In addition, Jon enjoys spending time with family, golfing and being a basketball referee in local kids’ school and recreation leagues.
Kristen joined Quadrant in March 2023. Her focus is managing the firm’s strategic marketing and branding verticals including print and digital collateral, communications, and events. Charged with scaling Quadrant’s brand footprint, Kristen actively seeks best practices in external client relations and building a sound internal team culture. Kristen also oversees the firm’s charitable endeavors that express how the Quadrant team cares for and invests in the local community.
Prior to Quadrant, Kristen spent 15 years in leadership roles within higher education donor engagement and nonprofit fundraising. Kristen received her bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Tech. A Lehigh Valley native, she lives in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania with her husband and four children. When not cheering for her kids on the sidelines of baseball, lacrosse, soccer, flag football, and volleyball, she likes staying fit, listening to growth mindset podcasts, spending time at the Outer Banks beaches, and routing for the Hokies!
